Food Truck Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food Truck Vendor at Firehaus. Please review the information below carefully and email us at firehausbr@gmail.com to reserve your date.

Vendor Requirements

All food trucks must arrive fully equipped to operate independently. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized service area at all times, including proper disposal of waste. At the conclusion of the event, all areas will be inspected. Failure to leave the space clean may result in removal from future bookings.

All menu items must have clearly displayed pricing. Signage should be professional, visible, and appropriate in size.

Vendor Fees

• $75 – Wednesday or Thursday

• $150 – Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

• $250 – Any two weekend days

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Hours of Operation

Firehaus operates:

• Wednesday & Sunday: 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Thursday – Saturday: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Vendors may arrive as early as 5:30 PM but no later than 7:00 PM.

Food service must conclude:

• By 11:30 PM on Wednesday and Sunday

• By 1:30 AM on Thursday – Saturday

This allows sufficient time for proper cleanup.

Cancellation & Policy Acknowledgment

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations may affect eligibility for future vendor opportunities.

Please note: Vendors may not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, or bottled water.
